Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability. Submitting an enrollment form does not guarantee acceptance. We will confirm your enrollment via email within 24 hours.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect enrollments already confirmed.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before the start of the program unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the enrollment process.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made:

• More than 14 days before program start: Full refund minus £25 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before program start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before program start: No refund, but you may transfer to a future program

We reserve the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

Age Requirements and Parental Consent

Our programs are designed for children and teenagers. Parents or legal guardians must:

• Complete enrollment forms on behalf of children under 18
• Provide consent for their child's participation
• Review program materials and requirements
• Ensure their child can attend scheduled sessions
